²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ Museum of Art

The relocated and expanded museum will significantly enhance the region’s cultural landscape through larger gallery spaces designed to accommodate major traveling exhibitions and a more extensive display of ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµâ€™ distinguished permanent collection.

Innovation Triangle
The ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ Museum of Art will join the new Institute for Management & Executive Leadership and the recently expanded Alfond Inn to form the Innovation Triangle, a hub for arts, leadership education, and hospitality that is poised to enhance Winter Park’s reputation as a premier cultural destination.

The Rick Goings Institute for Management & Executive Leadership

The new Institute will serve as a convening center for leaders across multiple sectors, including business, healthcare, government, nonprofit organizations, and civic institutions, facilitating dialogue and professional development at the local, national, and global levels.

Softball field house rendering

²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ Softball Field House

In partnership with the City of Winter Park, ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ is constructing a 2,200-square-foot softball field house at Martin Luther King, Jr. Park. Designed to support the varsity softball team, the facility will include a coaches office, locker and training rooms, an umpire suite, and storage and laundry facilities for student-athletes.

East End Neighborhood rendering

East End Neighborhood

Driven by our residential life strategic plan, we closed and demolished Holt Hall, Campus Safety and Golf building, and the Bert W. Martin Tennis Complex and Copeland Stadium, making way for East End Neighborhood, a new 297-bed residential hall.

This residential hall includes a 100-seat dining facility, and a 30-40 seat classroom.

Campus Safety has relocated to North Hall in East End Neighborhood.
