The University of the ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ advances accessibility and belonging through a coordinated framework housed in the Office of Human Resources. Within this structure, the ADA function supports the University's commitment to equitable access, responsive processes, and a campus environment where every community member can fully participate.

The ADA Director assesses compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Fair Housing Act. In partnership with campus leaders, the ADA Director develops compliance plans, strengthens institutional practices, and facilitates consultations regarding initial grievances related to potential non‑compliance.
