Residential Life oversees summer housing for all enrolled summer students and student workers. Summer housing is for current Sewanee undergraduates who are working, conducting research on campus, or enrolled in classes during the summer.

SUMMER HOUSING PERIODS

Please note that there are different housing periods for summer school students and summer workers:

HOUSING LOCATIONS

Summer housing will be located in St. Luke's Hall and McCrady Hall. Students will be assigned housing based on preference listed on the application and space availability.

HOW TO APPLY

To apply for summer housing, please complete the Summer Housing Application . The Summer Housing Application will be available by Monday, March 23, 2026. Please revisit this website or view the housing email to find the link.

Please note: Summer Housing Application will be due by Thursday, April 23, at 4:30 PM. Any late applications will be subject to a late application fee of up to $100 and could result in delayed billing information. Housing will be assigned based on the preference submitted in the application and space availability. Preference for specific amenities(e.g., air-conditioning, single rooms, etc.) is subject to availability and overall occupancy needs and cannot be guaranteed.
