Free Roughly 7 business days after submitting, we will email  login credentials. If you've previously been admitted to Sewanee, please reach out to our transfer coordinator to receive access to the reapply form.
SAT/ACT Scores Applicants will choose on the Common Application if they would like to submit SAT/ACT scores or apply test-optional. Self-report your scores for free .
Need-Based Aid Applicants Incomplete need-based financial aid applications may delay admission decisions.
International Transfers: English Proficiency Exam  Review requirements and waiver information.

Required Materials How to Submit
Final High School Transcript Emailed to Sewanee Admission or submitted via . These need to be sent by your high school. This will need to include your final grades and graduation date.
College Transcript(s) Emailed to Sewanee Admission or submitted via  by all colleges attended.
Academic Evaluation or Letter of Recommendation Submitted via by one of your college professors. This form or a recommendation letter can also be sent by email.
College Report
The Dean of Students or equivalent official at your college should email us a completed copy of this form.

*Transfer applicants who previously applied for admission as a first-year student and were not offered admission are strongly encouraged to apply for Fall Transfer admission, rather than for Spring Transfer admission. This allows for a review of at least one full semester of college coursework.

*Given the short timeline, we highly encourage international transfers consider the Fall Transfer option.
